Here at Attitude Vapes we know how important it is to get your liquids fast. That’s why Monday to Friday we despatch all orders same day when placed before 3.30pm. We also supply a tracking code when confirming dispatch of your order. This tracking number will give you live updates on the status of your order. Shipping rates and specific terms can be found below.
- UK Standard - £2.95 (2 - 3 Working Days)
- Next Working Day - £5.95 (Monday - Thursday)
- Next Day - £7.95 (Saturday Delivery)
- UK Free Standard - On all orders over £20 - (2 - 3 Working Days)
- European Standard - £7.95 (5 - 7 Working Days)**
- European Free Shipping - On all orders over £60 - (5 - 7 Working Days)**
- Rest of the World - £9.95 (5 - 7 Working Days)**
- Rest of the World Free Shipping - On all orders over £75 - (5 - 7 Working Days)**
*Next day delivery orders must be placed before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday. For guaranteed Saturday delivery please select the Next Day Saturday option.
**If an item is returned to us by your local customs office, we can provide a refund minus any postage costs we have incurred. If an item is seized by your local customs office, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue.
Our offices are open Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be prepared for despatch the following Monday. (excluding bank and public holidays).
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked with all packages requiring a signature. Standard and Free Shipping arrives via Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded, next day delivery will be despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
In the event you are not in when the order arrives, Royal Mail will either leave the package with a neighbour or it will be taken to your local sorting office. A card will be left and you will be required to collect the parcel or arrange for redelivery.
Timeframes for delivery are a guideline and whilst we aim to have your products with you as quickly as possible, sometimes there can be delays from the courier.
In the unlikely event that your items do not arrive in the stated time, please contact us immediately and we will contact the courier for an update on the status of you order.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns where the items are returned to us un-opened and in their original packaging. Specific return terms can be found below:
- All returns/exchanges will be returned to Attitude Vapes head office no later than 14 days after original purchase. After 14 days we will be unable to refund the goods, only exchange.
- All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging.
- Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer.
- Exchanged items will be shipped once we take receipt of the returned items. The customer will be liable for the re-shipping costs.
Whilst we’re confident in our products arriving safe and sound, sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If you have any issues with your Attitude order pleas email our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you need to return the goods to us we will refund shipping costs up to the value you paid. If you qualified for free shipping we will refund your shipping costs to a reasonable value.
Wrong Items Shipped
In the unlikely event that we send you the incorrect items, please email us immediately to the email@example.com. Attitude Vapes will refund shipping costs and arrange for the correct items to be sent to you using our express, next day shipping.
